Challenge: Scaling past €10k/month without ROAS collapsing. What I did: Restructured the account into clean testing and broad scaling, then rebuilt the creative strategy around UGC and problem-solution angles.
Challenge: Expensive leads and poor lead quality from search. What I did: Rebuilt the search structure around real buyer intent, ran continuous negative-keyword mining, and A/B tested landing pages against each ad group.
It depends on the starting point, but most accounts see a clear signal within 2-4 weeks. Bigger structural changes (new tracking, a full account rebuild) usually take 60-90 days to fully show up in the numbers.
